Conditions for Sharing Your Photos

We appreciate the trust you place in us by sharing your project photos. These images, in addition to inspiring the community, give us the opportunity to see and showcase the final results achieved with our building materials. We are always happy to see what you create with these mouldings, pieces, panels, and components that leave our premises in lengths, unassembled and unfinished!

Your Authorization

• By submitting your photos, you authorize Bois Expansion Inc. to publish them on its website, social media accounts, and other promotional media.

The images you send us are indeed yours

• You acknowledge that each photo submitted belongs to you and that you hold all rights to use and share them.
• The projects (decoration, furniture, renovations, constructions, or others) were indeed carried out by you or your company, and you have the right to share them with us for publication purposes.

How We Will Use Them

The goal is to inspire entrepreneurs, cabinetmakers, carpenters, installers, designers, artists, decorators, and DIY enthusiasts like you. By doing so, you benefit from an additional platform to showcase your work!

• We will mention your name and/or company name as listed on the form above as photo credit.
• When possible and/or appropriate, and when in line with our communication strategy, we will include links to your social media accounts as provided in the form above. 
• Your photos may be presented alongside photos from different individuals and/or companies.
• All images will be reviewed before publication, and we reserve the right not to publish them.
• Your photos must contain at least one of our products to be considered.
• Your photos must comply with our internal communication policies to be considered and must not contain any sensitive or violent subjects.
• We may need to slightly modify your photos for layout purposes before publication.
• There may be varying delays before your photos are published on our platforms.

Photo Removal

If you change your mind and wish for us to stop using your photos, we will remove them from our platforms, as much as possible. Please write to us at info@boisexpansion.com to make the request.
